Meet Sandi Scott, the owner of Garden State Salad. Sandi opened Garden State Salad in December of 2011 on Main Street. Her menu is filled with delicious fresh and healthy selections. Some of the most popular items are her uniquely crafted farm to table salads, wraps, and baked goods! Sandi always uses seasonal and local ingredients, and there are endless vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Something for everyone to enjoy.
Sandi’s experience in the food industry goes back to her high school days. She attended The International Pastry Arts Center in Bedford Hills, New York, and has worked under many great chefs such as David Drake, gaining experience in fine dining, bakeries, cafes, which inspired her to open her own restaurant on Main Street!
