    How to Get to Flemington

    Flemington is easy to reach by car. We're about an hour from Philadelphia, about 75 minutes from New York City and around 30 minutes from Princeton. Routes 202, 31 and 12 all meet at the edge of town, so wherever you're coming from, a main road will get you here. Parking is easy too.


    From North Jersey & New York City

    About 75 minutes from Manhattan

    1. Take I-78 West to Exit 17 (Route 31 South) in Clinton.
    2. Follow Route 31 South about 12 miles to Flemington.
      • Alternate route: Take I-287 South to Route 202 South through Somerville. Routes 202 and 31 join just north of town.
    3. Turn right on Church Street straight to Historic Main Street, or stay on Routes 202/31 South to the Flemington Circle, then follow Arriving in Town below.


    From Philadelphia & Bucks County

    About 60 minutes from Center City

    1. Take Route 202 North through New Hope and cross the Delaware River into Lambertville.
    2. Stay on Route 202 North about 12 miles to the Flemington Circle, then follow Arriving in Town below.


    From Princeton, Trenton & Central Jersey

    About 30 minutes from Princeton

    1. Take Route 31 North through Pennington and Ringoes.
    2. Follow Route 31 North to the Flemington Circle, then follow Arriving in Town below.

    From the West: Frenchtown & Pennsylvania 

    About 20 minutes from Frenchtown

    1. Take Route 12 East toward Flemington, through Dvoor's Circle.
    2. Route 12 brings you straight to the Main Street roundabout. Take the exit for Main Street into downtown.


    Arriving in Town


    From the Flemington Circle, take Route 12 West for a short stretch to the Main Street roundabout. Take the exit onto Main Street and you're in the heart of historic downtown, a short walk from shops, restaurants and tasting rooms.


    Parking


    Parking in Flemington is free and easy to find. Public parking is available in the municipal lots shown in green on the map below, as well as in signed spaces along Main Street. Many restaurants and businesses also offer private parking lots, and additional parking is available along Stangl Road and throughout the Circle Shopping District.
