Do I have to be located in Flemington?
Yes. The directory is only for commercial property owners and businesses located in Flemington Borough. Love Flemington is run by the Flemington Improvement District (FID), which exists to support and promote the businesses within the Borough. Note that a "Flemington, NJ" mailing address doesn't always mean you're in the Borough. Many businesses in neighboring Raritan Township share the 08822 zip code and a Flemington address but sit outside Borough limits, so they aren't eligible for a listing.
