Flemington Spotlight: Safe Harbor Child Access Centers

Today’s spotlight is on one of Flemington’s most notable non-profits Safe Harbor Child Access Center, providing services for children and families. Their vision is to create a safer, more harmonious community by supporting resilience and hope in the community through empowering individuals and families. Safe Harbor offers families many different services, such as supervised parenting time, trauma sensitive programs, free play, teen groups, and men support groups.

President/Director Carol Dvoor said when working with families, it is heartwarming to see their commitment to their children and their desire to make a positive impact on their family and community.

Safe Harbor hosts activities for children, teens, and families at no cost.

They also work hard to create a peaceful and safe space for families, check out their new Boho Zen Room!

Fun Fact: This cute pup is Bella Blue, Safe Harbor’s therapy dog. How cute!
