Tai Chi

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Saturday, repeating until December 19, 2020

Tai Chi is a health exercise, martial art, and moving meditation that promotes soft, flowing movement and mental awareness. The class meets every Saturday, 8 – 9:30AM and is free, though a $5 donation is suggested per class. Tai Chi is one of the best exercises for balance and relaxation and is great for people of all ages and physical conditions. This class is open to people of all levels, from total beginner to advanced.

All are invited to try out a class. Instructed by Guy DeRosa, he has taught in the Flemington area for 30 years and elsewhere since 1980. In this class, we practice the Yang Family Long and 13 Posture Forms as well as breathing and chi-building (Chi Kung) exercises, Chinese Yoga exercises, push hands and self defense applications. $5 donation suggested For more questions/info, contact Guy.DeRosa@verizon.net
