Live music at Flemington DIY – Circle Round the Sun & Instantly Radioactive

Circle Round the Sun is a well-established 5-person acoustic band that performs original and cover songs best described as Americana. They specialize in songs with rich vocal harmonies and sizzling guitar licks; their music lives at the intersection of folk, country, blues, and rock. Jay Wilensky sings and plays guitar, Marie Trontell sings, Christ Bukata plays inspired lead guitar and sings, George LaVecchia plays rock-solid acoustic bass guitar, and Joe Brice holds things together playing rhythm guitar.  

Instantly Radioactive is the alt-rock duo band of Mark Toman and Tim McKenzie. IR is a different sound where hammered dulcimer, ukulele, musical saw, flute, bowed psaltery, etc. are applied to songs that you do and do not know in a way not imagined. IR has a long history of playing the Hunterdon/Bucks County areas in events, bars and 0rivate parties.
