Aromatherapy Workshop | Blending for Personal Transformation

Spend a Sunday afternoon smelling relaxing aromatics as an act of self-care during the stressful holiday season!

This workshop is an introduction to the practice of aromatherapy with a focus on emotional wellbeing.

We’ll cover how to source high quality oils, exactly how and why essential oils have an impact on our emotions and stress level, and learn the art of morphology blending.

Each participant will create a custom blend in support of their own personal transformation.

All materials to make a 10ml roller blend will be provided, including access to the Aromatherapist’s curated collection of potent essential oils.
