We all have pieces of ourselves that have been lost, buried, mismanaged or simply forgotten. This happens in the natural process of daily life when we are working, completing routine tasks, and tending to the needs of everyone around us. But these lost parts of ourselves are necessary for our vitality, our sense of purpose and happiness. They are pieces of our authentic self, or soul.
