Tis the season for yoga and craft beer! Join Honor Yoga and Lone Eagle Brewing for an all levels slow flow yoga class up in the loft led by Christina Flanagan. Whether this is day 1, day 21, or 101 of your yoga journey, Christina will meet you where you are and offer movements and poses obtainable for all. With the purchase of a $10 token, receive a beverage of your choice as we will begin our class by meditating on the taste of our beverage and the sounds within the brewery.
